ContactAs you know the world has undergone an incredulous lockdown that has divided many irreparably in some instances. What these policies and much of medicine has been based off to make these decisions is the germ theory. The germ theory, made popular by Pasteur, stated that there are numerous forms of germs in the air that upon entering the body create illness/disease such as runny noses, the flu, aches, fever, etc.
THE REST OF THE STORY: what is only now being discussed by certain news outlets is that those most susceptible to COVID are obese (did you know that America is the most obese nation in the world). Truth is it takes a conducive environment for germs to manifest and present in symptoms such as experienced by the flu. Recall that your immune system (go back to biology class in high school- remember those T-cells and white blood cells? These are your bodies' foreign invader “bouncers” that will kick them out of the “club” [body]). Florence Nightingale once said: "There are no specific diseases; there are specific disease conditions.” What can you do then? Germs do not like oxygen and what they will feast upon is sugar. Cut the sugar from your diet and you will set yourself up to be an immune system super fighter. Add to fasting- at a minimum eat within a 12 hour time frame only, you can extend your fasting time depending on your bodies' individual needs as well as stress. During fasting the body works to “clean house”-this means that instead of constantly being distracted with the process of digestion your body has ample time to clean out each cell and ensure they are working optimally. All in all the biggest take away is that YOU are not at the mercy of coming into contact with the wrong germ or not, instead you are in control of determining whether or not that germ will put down roots making you sick OR get attacked and booted right away by your immune system. Have questions? I'd love to discuss your current health status and what you can do to improve it right now, contact me and let's talk!
