Why do you eat may seem like a simple question, but you know just as well as I that emotions and stress are major factors driving a lot of the habits we have.

While you may desire to have your eating strictly regulated to occur only when you need more fuel that doesn't always work out and you may feel out of control with your eating schedule or not even know what a proper eating schedule should look like.
